By next weekend the US Senate will have voted on the fate of Bill Clinton. Well, it really does not matter which way the vote goes, and here I will explain why. Remember what I said about Prophecy - it can be used to describe probabilities at the time of annunciation of the prophecy, which may change with changing energy patterns, or it can be a tool of Warfare to elicit various expected responses from the enemy. This has relevance as we discuss the possible US Senate verdict, for the whole process will tie in with a discussion on energy pilfery.

I have explained at length that Jehovah programs friction, violence, and wars for "he"/"it" gains from the energy released by the unavoidable suffering. That is part of the energy pilfery mechanism on this plane and I have dealt with it in detail in our publications, poems, etc.

The US administration has admitted in the past that it needs a major war every 5 years or so to stimulate its massive economy. And being the world's largest arms producer and exporter, it makes sure the world is forever in conflict, to its benefit, and to the benefit of its puppet states who also sell death-dealing arms. But, all countries are programmed in some way by the Evil Essence to be in this pilfering scene, for that is how the evil, counterfeit creation sustains itself. The economic consideration is really secondary to the energy extraction via the suffering.

This extraction of energy by evil beings from True Beings occurs at all levels of consciousness, via individuals, groups, communities, institutions, etc., etc. The problem now is the energy shortage and the fact that the number of True Beings is diminishing rapidly. I will write more about this soon.

Firstly, having asserted the US manufactures wars, let us examine how they do just that with an example. Its ploy is quite simple. It targets weak foes and lies, lies, lies. It did it for the invasion of Panama, Nicaragua, Grenada, etc., etc. It did it to set Iraq up for the Gulf War. It has repeatedly done it with its spying missions, lately via UNSCOM, for Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. It is doing it again for more attacks on Iraq. Here is the proof of its instigation of the Vietnam War:

Thirty years ago, it all seemed very clear. "American Planes Hit North Vietnam After Second Attack on Our Destroyers; Move Taken to Halt New Aggression", announced a Washington Post headline on Aug. 5, 1964. That same day, the front page of the New York Times reported: "President Johnson has ordered retaliatory action against gunboats and 'certain supporting facilities in North Vietnam' after renewed attacks against American destroyers in the Gulf of Tonkin."

But there was no "second attack" by North Vietnam -- no "renewed attacks against American destroyers." By reporting official claims as absolute truths, American journalism opened the floodgates for the bloody Vietnam War.

A pattern took hold: continuous government lies passed on by pliant mass media...leading to over 50,000 American deaths and millions of Vietnamese casualties.

The official story was that North Vietnamese torpedo boats launched an "unprovoked attack" against a U.S. destroyer on "routine patrol" in the Tonkin Gulf on Aug. 2 -- and that North Vietnamese PT boats followed up with a "deliberate attack" on a pair of U.S. ships two days later.

The truth was very different. Rather than being on a routine patrol Aug. 2, the U.S. destroyer Maddox was actually engaged in aggressive intelligence-gathering maneuvers -- in sync with coordinated attacks on North Vietnam by the South Vietnamese navy and the Laotian air force.

"The day before, two attacks on North Vietnam...had taken place," writes scholar Daniel C. Hallin. Those assaults were "part of a campaign of increasing military pressure on the North that the United States had been pursuing since early 1964."

On the night of Aug. 4, the Pentagon proclaimed that a second attack by North Vietnamese PT boats had occurred earlier that day in the Tonkin Gulf -- a report cited by President Johnson as he went on national TV that evening to announce a momentous escalation in the war: air strikes against North Vietnam. But Johnson ordered U.S. bombers to "retaliate" for a North Vietnamese torpedo attack that never happened.

Prior to the U.S. air strikes, top officials in Washington had reason to doubt that any Aug. 4 attack by North Vietnam had occurred. Cables from the U.S. task force commander in the Tonkin Gulf, Captain John J. Herrick, referred to "freak weather effects," "almost total darkness" and an "overeager sonarman" who "was hearing ship's own propeller beat."

One of the Navy pilots flying overhead that night was squadron commander James Stockdale, who gained fame later as a POW and then Ross Perot's vice presidential candidate. "I had the best seat in the house to watch that event," recalled Stockdale a few years ago, "and our destroyers were just shooting at phantom targets -- there were no PT boats there.... There was nothing there but black water and American fire power."

In 1965, Lyndon Johnson commented: "For all I know, our Navy was shooting at whales out there."

But Johnson's deceitful speech of Aug. 4, 1964, won accolades from editorial writers. The president, proclaimed the New York Times, "went to the American people last night with the somber facts." The Los Angeles Times urged Americans to "face the fact that the Communists, by their attack on American vessels in international waters, have themselves escalated the hostilities."

An exhaustive book, "The War Within: America's Battle Over Vietnam", begins with a dramatic account of the Tonkin Gulf incidents. In an interview, author Tom Wells told us that American media "described the air strikes that Johnson launched in response as merely `tit for tat' -- when in reality they reflected plans the administration had already drawn up for gradually increasing its overt military pressure against the North."

Why such inaccurate news coverage? Wells points to the media's "almost exclusive reliance on U.S. government officials as sources of information" -- as well as "reluctance to question official pronouncements on 'national security issues.'"

Daniel Hallin's classic book The "Uncensored War" observes that journalists had "a great deal of information available which contradicted the official account [of Tonkin Gulf events]; it simply wasn't used. The day before the first incident, Hanoi had protested the attacks on its territory by Laotian aircraft and South Vietnamese gunboats."

What's more, "It was generally known...that `covert' operations against North Vietnam, carried out by South Vietnamese forces with U.S. support and direction, had been going on for some time."

In the absence of independent journalism, the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution -- the closest thing there ever was to a declaration of war against North Vietnam -- sailed through Congress on Aug. 7. (Two courageous senators, Wayne Morse of Oregon and Ernest Gruening of Alaska, provided the only "no" votes.) The resolution authorized the president "to take all necessary measures to repel any armed attack against the forces of the United States and to prevent further aggression." The rest is tragic history.

Nearly three decades later, during the Gulf War, columnist Sydney Schanberg warned journalists not to forget "our unquestioning chorus of agreeability when Lyndon Johnson bamboozled us with his fabrication of the Gulf of Tonkin incident."

Schanberg blamed not only the press but also "the apparent amnesia of the wider American public." And he added: "We Americans are the ultimate innocents. We are forever desperate to believe that this time the government is telling us the truth."

So now, let us concentrate a little on energy pilfery and the US Senate's deliberations about Clinton whom I have previously often identified s a major evil archon.

The Counterfeit Creation can only sustain itself by stealing energy from the True Beings and the True Creation, for it has been cut off from the Source. That is why so many beings from outside the sector have been kidnapped, brought into this cesspool and traumatised, in order to lose energy to the system.

The True Beings are being evacuated rapidly from this Earth as part of the Liberation Process of the Endtime, and as I have explained previously, the aim has been to have all True consciousnesses from all classes - mineral, vegetable, animal, human and class 5 - out by the year 2000. Just by the way, we are about one month ahead of this schedule. The True Beings who will remain for a little longer after 2000 will be the front-line warriors (who will remain till near the end to make sure the fuses all stay lit). Warriors are few.

As the energy harvest diminishes, the evil consciousnesses - alien reptilians, demons, robots, and all other counterfeits - are getting desperate for they cannot function adequately without energy, and this is being seen more and more as they display the Terminal Madness of the Endtime.

Hence, they have attempted to extract as much energy as possible from the ones who have it, via the mechanisms we see increasing daily - friction, violence, wars, suffering and heightened excitation, especially with rage in every circumstance, and excessive sexual activity.

This frenzy will increase as energy diminishes and the evil ones become more desperate. With less energy, fragmentation of the infrastructure of the systems will collapse faster, and implementation of those destructive, maddening, agitating mechanisms, which are supposed to yield more energy, will create more anarchy and cause faster collapse also.

Hence, without an adequate energy source - the system has been closed off so there is no other source - the fragmentation is accelerated by 2 factors -

Initially, the more powerful evil beings will attempt to steal the energy of the poor. This is what we are seeing as rich nations bully smaller nations who have assets they want. The energy pilfery relates to wealth on this level of Mammon for now. The weakest nations are imploding due to the loss of energy. It is being sucked out by many mechanisms such as wars, takeover, criminal intervention, by bloodsuckers such as the IMF and World Bank, etc.

The people, being at a critically low level of energy, are then becoming anarchic as we see in many places especially Asia and Africa. The lack of energy reflects as rage, violence, fear and madness.

For a time this process will affect the poorer nations, but the rich ones will be unable to sustain their own systems for long. Once they use up the energy they have, it cannot be replenished. In pragmatic terms. consider this example: The US is now said to require the importation of $US 50 billion monthly, from external nations obviously, up from $US30 a year ago, to keep its bubble of prosperity buoyant. When other nations collapse even more, such money will be unavailable and the US economy will begin to collapse.

Of course the evil alien consciousnesses will attempt to gain more energy from wars, and that is why Iraq is being set up again. But, other nations such as Russia, China, Iran, etc., are also desperate for energy, and will only be too willing to join in the fray, for the truth of the matter is that most nations and people as I have explained previously are of an evil consciousness or controlled by an evil consciousness.

How is this relevant to what is happening to Bill Clinton? Well, he and the USA are in a lose/lose situation. That is why I have said the outcome of his impeachment trial in real Endtime terms is irrelevant.

The two alternatives are that

But for the Endtime Bottom Line, it will not matter which route is taken.

It is one or the other. In either case the Evil System loses. The US and the world, all the counterfeit system is in a lose/lose situation. Hence, those things which Clinton, as a conduit, was used to sustain for the Evil consciousnesses will falter.

All these were artificially sustained by using Clinton as a duct for the energy. But as massive amounts of energy from an ever-diminishing pool are used to sustain him, they will collapse. More quickly also will the US economy collapse, and then climatic change, other wars, earthquakes will occur.

So, in the first scenario, we have specific consciousnesses removed and then the natural disasters and wars follow.

In the second, we have a reversal of the order - the consciousnesses remain in place but the natural disasters occur because the energy shortage cannot sustain the iniquitous systems.

The end result is the same, and hence, you see why I said it does not matter how the vote goes!

The Evil counterfeit system is in a lose/lose situation and the True Creation is in a win/win situation.

The clear prophecy I made has been an excellent tool of warfare to push the evil opposition one way or the other and for them to be forced to use up the energy even more quickly than they wanted to do. Without energy, its fight is over. Without ammunition, a foe is defeated!

In summery, let me make it even clearer. The evil being/beast (counterfeit system) is dying. What will it matter if its heart stops first, or its brain stem dies first, by which it stops breathing and forces the heart to stop anyway? It will die and the part which died first is an academic irrelevancy.

The end of this planet, of humanity, of all physically living
things on this exploitative orb, is a fait accompli.
