LIBIDO AND THE PLEASURE PRINCIPLE

Freud wrote, "In the theory of psycho-analysis we have no hesitation in assuming that the course taken by mental events is automatically regulated by the pleasure principle. We believe, that is to say, that the course of those events is invariably set in motion by an unpleasurable tension, and that it takes a direction such that its final outcome coincides with a lowering of that tension -- that is, with an avoidance of unpleasure or a production of pleasure".

The "pleasure principle" of psychiatry promotes self-pleasuring, narcissism, self-centredness, and sexuality as the normal state of life. Of course, this body-centred, egocentric behaviour is the exact opposite of life led in accordance with spiritual principles.

The theory of libido, as developed by Freud, was that sexuality is the basic instinct in life. It is what occupies the behaviour and mental processes of mankind most of the time. And, neuroses or mental illnesses are the result of lack of sexual satisfaction. Hence, life is normally and naturally orientated toward sexual pleasure. This theory, in which sexuality alone was the sole instinct of man, survived intact for a decade, before Freud thought to revise it. Freud actually changed his thinking on many things over the years, when he learned that his "absolute truths" were quite insufficient to explain reality. But, because of his huge ego, he almost never admitted to changing his mind, or told others what he no longer believed to be true. Hence, psychiatrists to this day believe everything he said, even when he contradicted himself, with the rationalisation that it is just a matter of "degree" as to which theory, instinct, or influence best characterises the wellspring of human life.

In his revisions, what Freud added to the first instinct, sex, was: violence, aggression. It is no coincidence that the media, and especially Zionist-controlled Hollywood, have learned that these are the two essential ingredients in the formula for making a movie that appeals to the masses: sex and violence. They have realised the power of Freud's theories in reducing human life to the least common denominator, lowering the spiritual vibration, and enlivening the lowest impulses in mankind. This does not help or uplift anyone -- it just makes better "cattle" out of the so-called "goyim". As we detailed in The Kingdom of Zion, the Zionist agenda is to entertain the masses in their illusions, cater to their lowest impulses, suppress all Truth and Light, and continue to enslave and exploit mankind in a process of self-destruction. Freud significantly helped this agenda. His influence extended over the decades, beyond psychiatry to the movie business, education, and so on. In fact, movie makers began making sexually explicit movies, based upon Freud's themes, as soon as his theories came out.

Consider the typical mindless robot (spiritual counterfeit), who is programmed to find the ultimate meaning in life in their genitals. With an adequate diet of sex and violence, any higher spiritual values are blocked from their behaviour, their thinking, and their life. This perfectly suits the Zionist rulers of this world, who think of the masses as sheep for the shearing, who must be kept asleep in their delusions. According to the encyclopaedia, "For Freud, libido is the generalised sexual energy of which conscious activity is the expression. C. G. Jung used the term synonymously with instinctive energy in general". We must ask, what is so good or noble about the instincts of man, for uninhibited sex, violence, and rage? Are these not more like criteria of mental imbalance, or the characteristics of a demon? What about conscience? Only to a demon or non-viable, spiritual counterfeit is conscience defined in terms of "fear of punishment".

A Primer of Freudian Psychology, by Calvin S. Hall, states, "Fear of punishment and desire for approval cause the child to identify himself with moral precepts of his parents. ... The prohibitions of the conscience are inhibitions ... which block the discharge of instinctual energy either directly in impulsive behaviour and wish fulfilment, or indirectly ... . That is, the conscience ... tries to suspend the operation of the pleasure principle. A person who has a strong conscience is constantly on guard against immoral impulses. He spends so much of his energy for defence ... that he does not have enough to perform useful and satisfying work".

Those of the Divine essence, True theomorphic Beings, know that this is the antithesis of the spiritual life -- it is spiritual death! The Freudians, insisting that conscience is some sort of DISEASE, demand that we get rid of conscience for the sake of allowing our lowest impulses to express. They define the expression of the lower nature as "useful" and "satisfying" while declaring conscience as a waste of energy (rather than a conservation of Spiritual Energy). So, given that the loss of one's True Divine Energy means a further reduction in awareness, and a devolution of one's spirit, they are demanding our spiritual assassination. And, they are demanding the devolution of the human race.

Freud expanded his thinking "beyond" the pleasure principle, by identifying "ego" as another driving force in life. He initially related the ego solely to man's primary instincts (sex and violence), but later included aspects of character development or personality as well. Today, outside of the psychiatric community, ego is seen to mean a deluded, false, self-centred, person not in touch with reality. We all know what an egotistical person is like. But, to the psychiatric community, the ego is the part of us which mediates reality for us, helping us to be our true selves. This helps us to see what Freud was really focused on: the lower physical being. He entirely excluded the Divine, the spirit, the True Being, and found all meaning in the lower physical being and ego -- which is quite false and evil. In this way, Freud took all focus off of the Divine and put it entirely on Evil, declaring that was the proper basis of life. How sick, how evil.

In Freud's thinking, guilt relates to the renunciation (or inhibition) of aggression, and neuroses result from the renunciation (or inhibition) of sexuality. To a True spiritual Being, renunciation is the disavowal of all lower instincts, including sex and violence. This is essential to spiritual unfoldment, and is diametrically opposite to Freud's theories. While the True Being seeks the Divine, the Supreme Being of Love and Light, Freud is busy telling us that our anal areas are sexually erotic or erogenous zones. This is as "expanded" as Freud's thinking goes! And, the libido theory is the basis of psychotherapy today.

Psychiatrists suffer greatly from "anal encaephalopathy": having their heads firmly stuck up their ___, imagining that they can "see the light". Now you know why they are in the dark, and why, rather than really showing you the way out, they prefer to conduct guided tours in the darkness. Over the decades they have routinely suggested having sexual affairs as a means to release sexual tension or inhibition. What insanity -- as if this would heal mental, psychological, or physiological illness. Psychiatry has made a choice, repeatedly and often, to deny Truth while elevating the Lie.
